BT Faults.. 30 Minute wait..

Required Windows Update for Windows 8.1 to show in store…
Windows 8 requires update KB2871389 before it will show Windows 8.1 in the store. This is around a 13mb update. You may also not see the update tile if you used MVLS or MSDN media to install your Windows 8.
