Duplicati2 SQL VSS error message on edit

This is more for my own reference in the future.

If Duplicati 2 comes up with a VSS error box when creating or editing a backup set..

1. Make sure VC Redist 2017 is installed.
2. Make sure that the VSS writer (system service) has access to the SQL server!
